TRAIL+ Full Suspension Mountain Bike

Full Service
(Full-sus)

  • Bike fully stripped
  • Frame, linkages, rockers, etc., will be fully stripped, washed, and polished.
  • All linkages bearings will be extracted, degreased, washed, inspected, and re-greased.
  • All linkages bolts will be torqued according to bike specifications.
  • Fork and shock will be washed and polished.
  • Drivetrain consisting of rear derailleur, jockey wheels, chain, cassette, crank, chainring, pedals will be stripped, degreased, washed, inspected, and re-greased.
  • Headset will be stripped, degreased, washed, inspected and re-greased.
  • Brakes will be washed and rebled. Pistons will be reset. Rotors will be cleaned with brake cleaners.
  • Hubs will be fully stripped, degreased, washed, and inspected. All ratcheting mechanism, pawl springs, bearings etc... will be degreased, washed, inspected and regreased.
  • Both wheels will be washed and trued (subject to the condition of the wheels)

  • Bike wash
  • Drivetrain consisting of rear derailleur, jockey wheels, chain, cassette, crank, chainring will be stripped, degreased, washed, inspected, and re-greased (where needed).
  • Gear tuning
  • Chain lubrication
  • All other parts visually inspected.

• facing of head tube, bottom bracket and brake mounting surfaces.
• chasing of bottom bracket.
• servicing of fork and shock
• rebuilding of damaged shifter.

* Additional charge for hubs that requires special tools.
