All bikes sent in for full-service will be tested and inspected before strip down. During the full-service process, any damaged or in need of replacement parts will be replaced only with the owner’s consent.
FRAME
• Frame, linkages, rockers, etc., will be fully stripped, washed, and polished.
• All bearings will be extracted, de-greased, inspected, and re-greased. • All bolts will be torqued according to bike specifications.
SUSPENSION
• Both fork and shock will be washed and polished.
DRIVETRAIN
All drivetrain parts will be stripped, de-greased, washed, inspected, and re-greased before assembly.
• All bearings will be de-greased, washed, inspected, and re-greased.
BRAKES
• Both brake levers and calipers will be washed.
• Both brakes will be rebled. • Pistons will be reset before rebleeding. • Rotors will be cleaned with brake cleaner.
WHEELS
• Both hubs will be fully stripped, degreased, washed and inspected.
• All ratcheting mechanism, pawl, pawl springs, bearings etc, will be degreased, washed, inspected and re-greased. • Both wheels will be re-trued (depending on the condition & quality of build).
All servicing packages excludes: • servicing of dropper, fork & shock. • any replacement parts. • facing of head tube, bottom bracket and brake mounting surfaces. • chasing of bottom bracket. • servicing of fork and shock. • rebuilding of damaged shifter.
